Signing Up
Signing up for SightPicture is optional but has a number of benefits. It will let you store information used in recording your matches and allow you to be notified about your results and compliance. Sign-ups require email confirmation and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Before you start
Make sure that:
You have an MFA application installed on your phone (examples include Microsoft Authenticator and 1Password)
You know the email address your club has on record adn you have access to that email when you sign up
How to sign up
Have your phone and email application on hand.
Go to sightpicture.com.au/signup, preferably on something other than the phone you're going to use for MFA
Click the button for the free tier. Base features will always be free. Advanced paid features are coming soon.
Fill in the details and click sign up
You'll be able to sign in with either your username or email address
Make sure the email address is the one the club has on record. This lets you link your user account to their member records
Enter the code you received in the confirmation email
Scan the QR code in your MFA application and enter one of the generated codes in the box provided
If you are signing up on the same phone you're using for MFA, you can copy the secret code and enter it manually instead of scanning the QR code
