Linking Users

Users are people who have signed up for SightPicture on the website. Linking their user account to their member records lets them keep track of matches and allows them to select their PRNs when entering a match.

Before you start

Make sure that:

  • The user's email address is the same as the one the club has on record

  1. As the user:

    • Log in to the website on something that the tablet can scan (i.e. on your phone, most likely)

    • Click the profile icon and then "Link to a Club"

    • Enter your member ID and click "Generate QR"

    • Hold the QR code up for the tablet

  2. On the tablet:

    • Go to the first Home tab

    • Click the "Link User" button at the bottom

    • Scan the QR code that is showing on the user's phone

The user's linked clubs appear on their profile details page
