Mobile Replace MFA

If you're going to replace your phone and your MFA app doesn't allow for transfer to a new phone, before disposing of the old phone you'll need to replace the MFA you use with SightPicture.

Before you start

This feature is available on the Account tab, on the bottom right of the screen.

Replace your MFA

  1. Press the Reset Authenticator button

  2. On the new phone, scan the QR code (or enter the secret key manually if you can't scan)

  3. Enter a code from the MFA app in "OTP code"

  4. Add a name for the MFA device (e.g. "My iPhone")

  5. Type your SightPicture password in the box provided

  6. Press Save

Your new phone is now your MFA device.
